This notice explains the information LeadToDeal uses when you create an account and try the preview workspace. This stage does not permit real buyer data.

Who is responsible
LeadToDeal is operated by لاكازا للتطوير العقاري - La casa Development Page, located in Egypt, which is responsible for the preview account data described in this notice. Contact: support@leadtodeal.app.
Information we collect
We collect your work email, owner-account information, company name, country, and language choice. We may record limited operational data such as request time, status, and a technical identifier used to protect the service from abuse.
The preview workspace contains fixed synthetic examples. Do not enter customer phone numbers, real conversations, or documents containing another person's data.
Why we use it
We use account information to create the workspace, secure sign-in, provide support, and protect the service. We do not sell account data or use one company's data to train a shared model.
Service providers and transfers
The service runs on managed infrastructure including Supabase and Vercel, and uses Resend for sign-in email when enabled. Processing may occur outside your country according to those providers' configurations and applicable agreements.
The Public Preview does not connect to Meta, OpenAI, or Polar to process preview content. Separate terms and processing controls apply before any live or paid activation.
Site measurement and your choice
Measurement is optional and covers the public site, verified account signup, first project publication, the first recorded opportunity qualification, the first observed verified annual payment and the company’s first observed provider-confirmed subscription cancellation after access ends, plus verified increases we observe in cumulative annual-subscription refunds, without buyer messages, form contents or full URLs. When enabled and with your consent, limited events may be sent to Google Analytics and Meta. We remember your choice and browser identifier for up to one year and retain events for up to 30 days before scheduled cleanup.
Scheduling a cancellation while access continues is not counted as this cancellation milestone.
Refund measurement reflects an observed increase in a cumulative refunded amount, with the cumulative refund classified as partial or full; it does not prove individual provider refund settlements. We send no refund amounts, currency, invoice, order or subscription identifiers to analytics providers. Historical refunds and cases without a trusted baseline, correlation or clear time ordering are omitted and are not counted later. The highest cumulative refunded amount remains in the existing financial invoice ledger under its usual retention period. When invoice history is deleted, a company-only history-exclusion marker remains until company deletion to prevent recounting uncertain refund history; this marker survives consent withdrawal without invoice, order, subscription or browser identifiers. Analytics events remain subject to the 30-day retention period.
Open Analytics settings in the footer to withdraw consent. This immediately stops new browser measurement; once saved, it deletes this browser's events held by us and prevents queued delivery. Withdrawal cannot recall a request already being sent or delete data previously received by a provider.
With consent, signing in or verifying signup privately links the visit source to your account and companies you created while consent remains valid. Withdrawal deletes that link. A minimal account marker remains for up to 365 days solely to prevent counting signup again, without a source, browser or event identifier; account deletion removes it.
Company records also retain the first project publication, first opportunity qualification, first observed verified annual payment and first observed provider-confirmed subscription cancellation after access ends, or an exclusion marker when a first occurrence cannot be established, until company deletion so that later occurrences are not mistaken for the first. These markers survive consent withdrawal and project or opportunity deletion, without buyer, invoice, subscription or browser identifiers. We send no marketing event for those milestones without valid consent.
Retention and deletion
We retain account data while the preview workspace is active and as needed for security or dispute handling. You may request deletion; limited records may remain when required by law or service security.
Your choices and contact
You may request access, correction, or deletion at support@leadtodeal.app. We will request enough information to verify that you control the account before acting.
